Training & Events Center Rental

Our Training & Event Center is now available for rent to the general public. Our facility can be used for meetings, retreats, trainings, mediations, and special events. The facility has an area of 1,000 square feet and sits no more than 25 people. Additionally, an adjacent breakout room is available for use.

Rental rates are $50.00 per hour for the first two hours and $25.00 per hour for each additional hour. A minimum of 2 hours and 48 hour advanced notice is requested. The facility is available for rent Monday through Sunday. Rental fees include space rental, furniture, the use of wi-fi, projector, cofffee maker, microwave, and a stocked fridge.

Located at 4041 University Drive, Suite 101, Fairfax, VA 22030, the center is Metro/CUE Bus accessible and is minutes away from several hotels and restaurants. FREE parking is also available.

Payment must be made in full at the time of reservation. Renter is responsible for returning the facility in a clean condition, and assumes all liability for any guests and damages done to the property.

Non-profit organizations and George Mason Departments and Affiliates are eligible to use the center at a reduced rate. For more information or to make a reservation contact our office at 703.865.7261.
