Mediation is a low-cost, effective tool used to resolve commercial disputes. Case types that may benefit from mediation include construction, contracts and other business-related disputes. Agreements created through mediation may include payment, exchange of goods or services, schedules for payment or completion of work, and plans for future transactions. Complex and multi-party disputes are also handled through our office.
