Family and Divorce Services

Family mediation is a voluntary, confidential process where people in any kind of relationship can negotiate terms between one another with the presence of a neutral, impartial, independent third party called the mediator.  The mediator does not take sides, does not decide outcomes and does not make any judgments for or about you.  By guiding the parties through a formal structure that identifies issues between one another, facilitates communication and focuses on creating mutually agreeable solutions it is fast becoming the primary method of resolving disputes.
