Checklist for Understanding and Resolving Family Conflicts

The author of a recent New York Times bestseller titled "The Checklist Manifesto – How to Get Things Right", made a compelling argument that we often have enough knowledge but fail because of our inability to apply our knowledge correctly, consistently and reliably, and that this failure can be overcome with a checklist.  Dr. Cocozza offers a brief checklist for use in addressing and resolving conflicts in the workplace.  This checklist will be helpful to those that are faced with hurt or unpleasant feelings, a disagreement, something they dislike, a concern or other conflict. This is a personalized, one-on-one training session.

Trainer: Dick Cocozza, PhD

Fee: $135
