You Are In Control!

In mediation, the participants are in con-trol and empowered to make decisions that impact their future. Agreements reached through mediation will last over time as the people making the decisions are the ones affected by them.

It's generally more cost effective to reach an agreement through mediation than it is through litigation. We offer a sliding scale to ensure that our services are accessible to the community.

Family mediations are scheduled around the availability of the parties. This process provides for more flexibility and less time than would be spent in litigation.

In mediation, parties work together towards a mutually acceptable agreement. They are tailored to fit the needs of the parties and ensure a sustainable resolution.

Family and Divorce Services

Family mediation is a voluntary, confidential process where people in any kind of relationship can negotiate terms between one another with the presence of a neutral, impartial, independent third party called the mediator.  The mediator does not take sides, does not decide outcomes and does not make any judgments for or about you.  By guiding the parties through a formal structure that identifies issues between one another, facilitates communication and focuses on creating mutually agreeable solutions, mediation is fast becoming the primary method of resolving disputes.
